Alexander Hay Halley

Alexander Hay HALLEY, vicar of Brockham 1901-08, was born about 1858.

He entered the Canons' theological School Lincoln in 1878; deacon 1880, priest 1881.

He was curate of Holy Trinity Louth 1880-82, of Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire, 1882-84, and of St James Upper Edmonton 1884-86.

He was vicar of Ewhurst 1886-89, of Witchampton, Dorset 1891-94, rector of Gussage St Michael 1894-98, and licenced in Chichester 1900-01.

He was vicar of Brockham 1901-08.

He retired in 1908 to Guildford, from 1917 lived at Wellington College, Berkshire, and died in 1921/22.
